1. Beta protocol
Forever Markets is experimental onchain software. Features may be paused, placed into reduce-only mode, upgraded or discontinued to address security, oracle, liquidity or legal risk.
Transactions are executed by smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and may be irreversible once confirmed.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether access and trading are lawful where you live, for safeguarding your wallet, and for every transaction signed by your wallet or an authorized trading session.
Do not use the service if you are prohibited from participating in derivatives, prediction markets, cryptoasset services or the relevant stock-linked exposure.
3. No advice or guarantee
Nothing on the interface is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Market prices, funding estimates, liquidation prices, APR figures and execution previews may change before or after a transaction.
No return, liquidity, execution quality, oracle availability or withdrawal time is guaranteed.
4. Fees and third parties
Protocol fees are shown before execution where supported. Network gas, wallet software, RPC services, bridges, oracles and other third parties may impose separate terms, fees and failures.
5. Upgrades and emergency controls
The deployed beta contracts include upgrade and administrative controls disclosed in the contract registry. Those controls create governance and key-management risk. Emergency actions may include pausing, reduce-only operation, oracle replacement or implementation upgrades.
6. Acceptance
By using the interface or contracts you acknowledge the Risk Disclosure and accept responsibility for losses, including total loss of deposited collateral.
